Client Service Associate – Wealth Management
As a Client Service Associate at Summit Wealth Management Group, you’ll join a reputable financial services provider with a distinguished track record spanning over two decades. In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering personalized service and valuable advice to our valued clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve clients with the highest integrity and professionalism, maintaining a strong commitment to providing quality service.
- Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Process new accounts and services, including preparation, review, and follow-up on all forms and applications.
- Answer client questions regarding accounts, funds, and policies, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of client accounts and records, including ACH debits/credits, ACAT’s, DTC transfers, journal entries, client information changes, beneficiary changes, etc.
- Place trades and attach confirms as needed, demonstrating proficiency, if licensed.
- Schedule, calendar, and manage pending items, tasks, and activities, while also managing client details and notes within the Redtail CRM system.
- Resolve transaction discrepancies promptly and ensure accurate fund and securities transfers.
- Assist in meeting preparation for client reviews, focusing on Operations.
- Provide comprehensive support for operations, including client communication, event coordination, marketing material management, office maintenance, social media management, and administrative assistance.
- Support growth and expansion at Summit Wealth Management Group, Inc., by innovation and application.
- Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships.
- Spearhead quarterly, semi-annually, or annually compliance requirements in collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee the completion and accuracy of internal and client-centric workflows.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Five or more years of finance industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- LPL Experience preferred.
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Series 7 certification preferred, but not required.
- Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate impeccable integrity.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the ability to handle stress effectively.
- Master of multitasking & prioritization of tasks.
- Proven ability to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, showcasing a genuine interest in serving and caring for others.
- Comfortable being a team player and willing to contribute to various tasks, whether large or small.

Compensation:
Salary range between $70,000 to $75,000– may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on individual and the firm’s performance.
