About the Role
We need an engineering leader to support a new Lodestar software project. This will be a multifunctional role, where you will have to lead engineers and product managers as they work to understand and spec the new system. There will be some technical specification work, as well as coaching engineers to balance ideal architecture against attainable work.
About You
Basic Qualifications (Manager):
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Software Development and/or engineering management roles
Basic Qualifications (Senior Manager):
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Development leadership.
Other Qualifications:
- Leadership and mentoring experience with a track record of building and leading successful engineering teams
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems and cloud-based environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation skills, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks
- Strong Agile development background in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Consistent track record of leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives
- 2+ years working with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $135,300 USD - $254,400 USD
