Our practice is built in a newly remodeled, cozy, barn-like structure that feels more like a rustic lodge than a clinic.
Mahomet is located outside of Champaign-Urbana, a college town with growth and plenty of entertainment. Mahomet is a family-oriented, growing community with recreation, great schools, day care, and necessary amenities, offering a great balance between small town and big city.
All About Animals Pet Clinic in Mahomet, IL, is a growing clinic searching for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our positive team environment!
The practice features one part-time and three full-time veterinarians as well as multiple credentialed veterinary technicians. In addition to stellar veterinary services, we offer luxury boarding and grooming.
In our clinic, maintaining a positive, cooperative, and accountable team environment is critical when it comes to our goal of being the trusted clinic for Mahomet and the surrounding area. Our clients are the best and expect nothing but world class service from our team. We deliver the highest level of care possible for our clients and their pets. Exceptional service and quality care is reflected in our reviews and the long term employees we retain.

This is a part-time position with a three day work week, and an alternating two hour Saturday shift.
Our ideal candidate:
- Loves both people and pets
- Enjoys serving others
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, team work, accountability, and a positive attitude
- Is comfortable managing multiple email accounts, as well as messaging platforms and text messages
- Can offer a complete client experience face-to-face, over the phone, or virtually
- Serves as the first impression for the clinic
- Has experience with EzyVet cloud-based software
- Has experience in a multi-service practice
