Client Relations Representative

We're looking for future leaders! We are a rapidly growing leading orthodontic company in the Tri-State area and beyond. We're looking for Contact Center Representatives to contribute to our growth in our conveniently located Englewood, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting new patients helping them identify their orthodontic needs, explain treatment options, create new patient charts and schedule initial consultation at any of our 60 + locations in NY, NJ, CT and PA.

Assist new and existing patients with appointment scheduling, payments, billing inquiries, patient information updates with empathy, and solution-based recommendations

Coordinate with our orthodontic offices to provide the best possible service experience for our patients

Must be available to work any shift during our operating hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Sunday 9 am – 5:30 pm

Full time (40 hours per week)

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are a must

Open minded and coachable to learn white glove service skills

Very good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Positive, friendly attitude to assist patients with empathy and kindness

Strong organizational and time management skills

Reliability & Punctuality

Qualifications:

Bi-lingual is a plus

Experience in a call center, high call volume or fast-paced customer service setting is a plus but not required

Preferred dental/orthodontics office experience is a plus but not required.

Salary: $18.00 English speaking only with incentives to earn more

Salary: $19.00 per hour Bilingual Spanish with incentives to earn more
