Job Description:
Answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers in order to schedule maintenance and service appointments.
Provide customer satisfaction through effective and timely one-call resolution .
Educate customers on the benefits of maintaining their heating and cooling equipment.
Assist with processing customer payments.
Respond to inquiries via email and chat.
