Job Overview:
The Client Relations Coordinator works closely with our homeowners, accounting, and community management teams to ensure prompt and accurate data and professional communication with both internal and external customers.
Compensation: $22 per hour
- FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
- Review, verify, reconcile amounts collected at the Close of Escrow
- Review and enter new homeowner data daily, based on Recorded deed
- Accurately post payments
- Urgent and accurate entry of day-to-day data
- Process and track Trustee Sales and Bankruptcy
- Review and Research account disputes
- Respond and manage high email and telephone volume professionally
- Professional communication with internal and external customers
- Exceptional interpersonal skills resulting in strong working relationships
- Outstanding communication skills
- Tremendous listener with the ability to diffuse tense situations
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively
- Superb judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and adjust to incoming demands
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Minimum 2-years' experience in Collections, Document Preparation and Customer Service.
- Associates degree (AA) in Accounting /Finance,OR related work experience.
- Sitting/standing for extended time periods.
- Use of keyboard, calculator, scanners, bank scanners.
- Use of computer, internet, intranet, video training, meetings.
- Ability to work in-office, as we are currently not offering remote work.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
