Compensation range: $80,000 - $115,000/year

Must have strong experience in operations on a transaction level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall revenue finance processes includes developing and maintaining financial reporting dashboards, conducting financial data and process analysis to achieve operations excellence.
- Deep dive into data and systems to provide creative alternatives and recommendations to drive process automation in time tracking and billing practice.
- Collaborate with cross function team to drive the billing process. Direct billing specialist to produce program invoices, monitor internal review and client approval process to ensure invoices are submitted to client in a clear and accurate fashion.
- Build financial dashboard to provide management team analysis on product/service financial metrics, cash efficiency metrics, revenue and cost structure etc.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts. Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to Director of Finance in improving financial models.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field
- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a finance operations environment with complex process, systems and data.
- Excellent in Excel spreadsheets. Enthusiastic about learning and diving into multiple systems to gather financial information.
- Prior experience in driving finance process improvement is preferred.
- Comfortable working with data analyst in building dashboard reports.
- Great project management skill in keeping track of operational deliverables.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business field
