Client Partner

The Client Partner is a player/coach role accountable for autonomously owning and driving NET Portfolio Growthof a book of business at Storable.

  • Owning, Creating, Implementing, Executing Retention Strategies and Outcomes that beat targets to include forecasting/reporting thereof.
  • Owning, Creating, Implementing, Executing, Cultivating Growth Strategies and Outcomes that beat targets (in partnership with Marketing and Sales) to include forecasting/reporting thereof.

The Client Partner oversees and cultivates the most senior client relationships to enhance Storable's reputation and unlock opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth within a portfolio of accounts.

The Client Partner deeply understands their client's business strategies and goals, to effectively align client needs with Storable's products and service offerings to positively impact our client's business and their tenant experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Own the executive level relationships at each of the clients within your team's portfolio
  • Directly lead and manage a portfolio of accounts, typically $15-20M
  • Build, develop and mentor a growth oriented team and culture
    • Manage 2- 4 direct reports (CSM & CSA). As a team you will be accountable for a client portfolio. (The CSMs will be responsible for the day-to-day strategic work and the CSAs will support seamless delivery of client services, including reporting and internal information tracking).
  • Network within a client organization; create, own and expand the senior executive relationships within a client's organization. This will include regular travel to meet with clients at their locations as well as industry trade shows.
  • Build advisory relationships that result in reputation and revenue growth
  • Lead rigorous lifecycle management driving retention and growth
  • Own the 360-degree view of our clients (their organization, reporting structure, goals).
  • Lead client mapping activities — ensuring client relationships are nurtured with the ideal personnel from within CS Team/Pod
  • Responsible for churn and growth forecasting and attainment for your team's portfolio, through close management of revenue, ensuring all opportunities, as well as churn risks, are accurately reflected and forecasted
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Storable's offerings and cross functional areas to enable cross selling — creating more sustainable and diverse portfolios.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Client Success or Revenue-generating roles
  • 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills: ability to lead meetings and presentations with senior executives, as well as inspire, organize and create consensus around ideas, concepts and approaches internally.
  • A proven track record of managing, retaining and expanding within a client portfolio – proactively guiding clients through meaningful changes, and directly impacting growth within a client portfolio.
  • A natural curiosity for navigating complex business and digital strategies, motivating and advising clients through significant transformation, while also contributing to a vibrant culture within Storable, most especially through the development of the CSMs and CSAs.
  • The drive to foster internal obsession of our clients' business, experience, technology and goals amongst the Storable team to identify and address client challenges and requests appropriately and timely.
  • Ability to author and execute a 12–18-month strategic plan for each of your accounts, articulating, pursuing and landing opportunities to expand Storable's footprint within the client organization

Position pay range

$150,000—$170,000 USD
