The Client Services/Brand Manager will manage a book for 6-10 DTC brands. They will become the main point of contact between the client (brand) and the Influencer Response Partnerships team. The Client Services/Brand Manager will lead weekly/bi-weekly client calls and communicate directive/priorities back to the partnerships team.
TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Influencer Planning, Messaging & Strategy: Create influencer proposals, KPI projections and next steps for new clients. Lead new client kickoff meetings with the partnerships team discussing everything from budget, KPI goals, deadlines, messaging, offer, product samples, whitelisting and more. Work with Director of Partnerships to develop influencer roll-out plans after testing is complete and follow up on team progress. Lead partnerships team on influencer renewal/rebooking strategy including whitelisting/paid social efforts. Work with new and existing clients to create and update brand messaging, offers and creative strategy. Disseminate messaging to partnerships team and following up with the partnerships team to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Messaging: Oversee creation of client messaging briefs for new clients and update existing briefs with help from the Brand Coordinator. Review messaging for all brands and develop seasonal talking points and campaign concepts to keep messaging fresh and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Client Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly or bi-weekly summary reports to clients including results, key learnings, influencer analysis and strategy. Update weekly trackers with clicks, orders and revenue for all clients. Analyze influencer results based on client KPI's including CAC, ROI, CTR, CVR, LTV, AOV's etc. and use the data to make more intelligent decisions around influencer strategy.
- Client Budgets and Invoices: Manage client budgets by 1. Making sure partnerships team is filling the budgets in a timely manner with the most efficient influencers 2. Monitoring client budgets throughout the month and directing partnerships team on when to add more, cut back etc. Also, work with accounting on client invoicing, reconciliations, and payments.
- New Business: Assist team on potential new client/brand calls. Eventually be able to take a few calls on your own. Attend industry events and networking in spare time. Be able to review, edit and approve new client MSA's
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
By 6 MONTHS to 1 YEAR...
- You should be an expert on your roster of 6-10 brands including knowing their best performing influencers, KPI's, which days of week/ time of day perform best, demographics and more.
- You should be extremely comfortable leading weekly client calls/team kick off calls and directing Partnerships team on Vital Factors with little assistance.
- You should be in the habit of creating (1) new messaging brief/concept per month for each of your brands.
- You should be in the habit of pitching (1) new testing strategy per month for each of your brands to help grow your monthly revenue.
- Ideally managing roughly $300k - $750k in monthly gross brand spend across all AP clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Must have 1-3 years of Influencer Marketing experience - either from the brand side, agency and/or talent management.
- Be able to confidently sell clients into testing new influencers, new influencer strategies, when to rebook influencers and more.
- Must understand how to calculate RoAS, CAC and other basic KPI metrics.
- Basic understanding of Google Sheets and/or Excel.
