Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 20 pounds. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and work at heights.

Job Overview: Jacobs Telecommunication uses OneVizion as the platform for their Project Management and Project Controls system and is seeking an Application Administrator for this system. The system is in the second phase of its rollout and the selected candidate will be trained by team members on the current system.

While a candidate is not expected to have previous experience with OneVizion, they should be willing and able to master the application and become a subject matter expert within the first six months of employment. Prior experience working with ERP, CRM or other Project Management systems is preferred, as is experience in the Telecommunications or Engineering industries.

Responsibilities and Duties: The Application Administrator will work within the Project Controls group, reporting directly to the Application Architect. The administrator will be responsible as the point person and subject matter expert for the new OneVizion database application. This includes training, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to the user base on all issues pertaining to the OneVizion application. The position will also support ongoing data integration efforts between both Jacobs and Customer data systems with the OneVizion system.

Duties include:

• Acting as the point of contact for all OneVizion related user questions.

• Developing training material and providing initial and ongoing training for end users.

• Initial troubleshooting before issues are escalated to senior developers.

• Helping users with tasks like creating reports, uploading data, and customizing the UI.

• Setting up new clients and projects in the system.

• Identifying, designing and implementing new features and system enhancements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or the work equivalent.

Level: 0 to 3 years of experience in relevant positions.

General Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

• Ability to learn new systems quickly required.

• Ability to take direction and work autonomously is required.

• General knowledge of MS Office required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail preferred.

• Technical writing skills preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including writing complex formulas and recording macros preferred.

• Experience writing SQL queries preferred.

• Some experience in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, VB script, XML, JSON and HTML preferred.

• Some experience in programming languages like C#, VB or Java preferred.
