Responsibilities
The Client Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our multi-service clients’ projects are successful. You will be the liaison between our internal teams to ensure our clients see one BOOST.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee a complex portfolio of client projects and ensure accurate, seamless, and timely delivery to clients.
Work across multiple functions to include contracts, procurement, accounting, finance, HR, and talent acquisition to translate client needs between departments.
Compile and track progress on project goals and report to leadership on regular basis.
Lead weekly progress meetings for internal teams working on multi-service accounts.
Act as the primary liaison with clients.
Develop and maintain budgets, overseeing allocation of resources, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure efficient utilization of financial resources while meeting client needs and organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Education Requirements
10+ years of experience working in the Government Contracting industry.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s preferred.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Experience working in consulting environment strongly preferred.
Proactive and consultative style, with a strong service focus required.
Previous experience working in multiple areas of a business, within federal contracting i.e. Contracts, Finance, HR, Accounting, Finance.
Ability to work independently, while leading multiple teams
Accuracy and commitment to quality of work.
Well organized, detail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively.
