Our new Client Operations Manager will not be bored! The Manager will be a multitasker who understands all aspects of our business and can and can ensure they are successfully working together to ensure top satisfaction for our clients.

Who is BOOST?

BOOST is a growing consulting company that works exclusively with government contractors. We only serve GovCons. We know the business – and the rules – like the back of our hand. We are fluent in federal acronyms. We don’t say “yes” to a client unless we can knock it out of the park. We know our strengths and will consistently deliver. Our services are end-to-end. We support our clients in the following areas: accounting/finance, contracts/procurement, human resources/talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

The Client Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our multi-service clients’ projects are successful. You will be the liaison between our internal teams to ensure our clients see one BOOST.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee a complex portfolio of client projects and ensure accurate, seamless, and timely delivery to clients.

  • Work across multiple functions to include contracts, procurement, accounting, finance, HR, and talent acquisition to translate client needs between departments.

  • Compile and track progress on project goals and report to leadership on regular basis.

  • Lead weekly progress meetings for internal teams working on multi-service accounts.

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients.

  • Develop and maintain budgets, overseeing allocation of resources, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure efficient utilization of financial resources while meeting client needs and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Education Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working in the Government Contracting industry.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s preferred.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience working in consulting environment strongly preferred.

  • Proactive and consultative style, with a strong service focus required.

  • Previous experience working in multiple areas of a business, within federal contracting i.e. Contracts, Finance, HR, Accounting, Finance.

  • Ability to work independently, while leading multiple teams

  • Accuracy and commitment to quality of work.

  • Well organized, detail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in deciding priorities and procedures.

  • Ability to provide consistent, high-quality service across all assignments.

  • Accuracy and commitment to quality of work.

Work Authorization Requirements

  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Clearance is NOT required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Great presentation, communication and team-building skills.
