Client Advisory Associate | Job Description

A Client Advisory Associate’s role is to drive business growth by working closely with the Client Advisory Managers, Customers and Customer Experience Teams. S/he is responsible for designing client solutions basis needs identification by self or the Client Advisory managers in the segment. You would serve as an important liaison between the Client Advisory manager, client and customer experience team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in design and making of proposal documents for customer scenarios
• Understanding of the product portfolio to recommend the optimum solutions for the customer needs.
• Reduction of TAT between enquiry and proposal stage in the sales funnel by partnering with the Client Advisory Managers in the segment.
• Being familiar with the working of CRM system and updating customer details and details for improved marketing efforts
• Backing up the Client Advisory Managers in client conversations where required and presenting the solution document to the client.
• Working closely with different internal teams and the client to ensure a successful program delivery
• Handing over all relevant program details to the Customer Experience team, as required.
• Coordinating with the Customer Experience team for program execution as needed.
• Working on additional projects that passionate FocusU employees take up to learn and grow in the organization

Salary: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
