Customer Service Representative:

Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound calls, address inquiries, and transfer concerns to the correct personnel.
• Provide accurate information about our Wood Rot Repair systems to ensure customer understanding.
• Schedule assessments for multiple locations, coordinating with teams for timely service delivery.
• Accurately record customer interactions and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Customer Service Software, Emailing, Typing, and CRM systems.
• Empathetic attitude and problem-solving skills.

Note:

Part-time position (18-30 hours/week), Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 2 PM.

Pay: $15.50/hr + Performance Pay after the training period (90 days) is completed. Paid Holidays.

The hybrid remote option is available after the training period (90 days).
