Job Description: Pay Range $20.14hr - $26.14hrResponsibilities: Generates or retrieves pay related reports from HVAC systems. Completes a backward-looking audit of overtime and double-time hours performed at Public Works sites. Responsible for calculating overtime and double-time restitution using the results from the audit and submitting the required restitution to Payroll.
Perform a weekly analysis of overtime and double-time work at Public facilities, calculates the restitution due and submits the weekly restitution to Payroll. Communicates payment information to employees and management and acts as the point of contact. Other HVAC duties as time allows.
Requirements: Prefer a candidate with a prevailing wage background. Looking for a candidate with excellent Microsoft Office skills. Ideal candidate will have the ability to take ownership of the role.
Ability to maintain confidentiality. Well versed and efficient with Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated data analytics.
