General administrative support for production site.
Performs a variety of administrative and general support duties for production leads and manufacturing areas.
Performs normal office functions such as managing lab coat stocks each day, keep up with general production housekeeping items, setting up and maintaining files for team leads; assisting with conference room and arranging meetings.
May take and transcribe actions in meetings; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, communication correspondence (site emails, posters, display monitors, etc), and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
Will receive guidance and direction, as needed, from higher-level administrative assistants on site.
Candidates will be working in a variety of different buildings, supporting various teams.
Required Qualifications:
1-High school diploma required (Associate's degree desired)
2-previous administrative experience (preferred, but not required)
3-experience using Microsoft Office Suite
4-previous experience scheduling meetings
5-interim Secret Clearance required to start position.
First shift schedule
Monday through Thursday 10 hour day.
7:00am-5:30pm (30 minute lunch)
