High School Diploma or GED.
Skills:

Provide phone and in-person information.
Respond to enrollment inquiries and requests in compliance with established Federal privacy guidelines (FERPA).
Update student records, process program changes and reinstatements, process acceptance letters.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Customer Service.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Anwer and direct phone calls
Data Entry
