Compensation and Benefits:

  • $90,000 - $180,000 a year - Full-time / Part-time.
  • Top producers earned over $300k.
  • Make an average of $2K-$10K+ per deal.
  • No income cap on sales.
  • Enjoy 1099 independence and earn 100% commission.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist homeowners in reducing their utility expenses by promoting the advantages of our solar services and the benefits of utilizing alternative energy and battery storage.
  • Attract potential customers through proven lead generation programs.
  • Design your own work schedule and sell within your preferred territory with a weekly zoom meeting remotely.
  • As a representative, you are only focused on sales and NOT responsible for securing permits or performing any aspect of installation.
  • Run pre-set appointments and create self-generated leads with potential customers.
  • Accurately input and report on outcomes via our CRM tool.
  • Manages the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home and remote consultations.
  • Prepares for appointments by building proposals, preparing for objections, and calling customers to confirm appointments.

Job Requirements:

  • Three years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales and lead generation experience.
  • In-home and remote and solar sales experience preferred.
  • Must have home internet broadband access; 35 kbps bandwidth per workstation.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools.
  • You must be able to spend approximately 80% of your work time traveling within your local market. However, the time spent traveling may be far less as our virtual selling model can provide flexibility to our consultants.
  • Ability to communicate and partner cross-functionally to address customer needs.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle during the normal course of business.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check.
  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to drive to travel to and from customer locations. (Mostly virtual)
  • Ability to get into and out of a vehicle multiple times per day.
  • May stand for an extended period while consulting with customers.
