HVAC Data CenterSales Representative Needed!
We seek a driven sales hunter to drive new national account mission critical / Data Center sales for our growing company. You will primarily be responsible for closing new accounts that will lead to repeat business primarily within the Data Center customer segment. The idea candidate will have a track record of building relationships and conducting business with commercial customers with market capitalizations of over $1 billion.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and account development with Data Center customers that will lead to repeat business
- Navigate into and sell to C-Suite and regional operations executives
- Build positive, influential relationships with customers and industry constituents in key markets
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and management toward quarterly goals
- Manage the overall sales pipeline and the CRM software used for tracking the sales process
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers, partners, and potential key relationships
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales ideally with energy efficiency or HVAC products
- Must have knowledge and be able to confidently identify and sell energy efficiency solutions for Data Center HVAC systems
- Must have experience in conceptual design, estimates, mechanical engineering, energy and controls retrofits, and project management on a variety of Data Center HVAC systems
- Direct to end user sales experience is a must
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
- Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks and pipeline
- Successfully closed business with customers whose market capitalization / valuation exceeds $1 billion

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary = $150,000 - 170,000 plus uncapped commissions. Expected annual earnings of $250,000+

By spraying water onto a filter media on the outside of the condenser coils, the Peak+ System lowers the incoming air temperature, allowing the air conditioning or refrigeration system to operate as though it is cooler outside than it actually is. This media also filters dust from the condenser coils.
