As a Civil Engineer (EIT), you will provide, at a minimum, the following duties:

• Assists in the preparation of Civil Engineering designs, technical calculations and reports, construction documents, specifications, entitlement documents, and permit applications for residential subdivisions, commercial & industrial developments, multifamily developments, and other private land development projects
• Performs site analysis, material and code research, material quantity estimation, and provides other supporting documentation for projects.
• Responsible for providing engineering designs related to water systems, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and roadway improvements
• Assists with AutoCAD (CIVIL3D) drawings for schematic, design development, and construction documents.
• Provide support to other team members and Project Manager(s)
• Participates in mentoring programs and career growth development

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college

Experience:

• Typically, 0-4 years of Civil Engineering experience primarily focused on land development projects. Entry Level candidates without job related experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Registered EIT or pursuing completion of the FE Exam.
• Able to write project narratives, prepare development applications, and prepare plan documents.
• Able to research municipal codes, zoning and development standards, review processes, regulations, and design standards.
• Able to develop mentoring skills and provide technical guidance to other associates.
• Beginner Level proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Land development engineering experience and skills; large and small-scale grading, drainage and utility design; roadway design are a plus.

Salary Description
$65,000 to $95,000 Base, DOE + Bonus Opportunities
