We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be on site daily at our satellite office in Sarasota, FL. Hours are as follows: 9am to 4pm Monday-Thursday, and 9am to 3pm on Friday.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the company, with a focus on data entry, receptionist duties, and customer service. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Essential Functions:
- Accurate and timely data entry tasks to update and maintain databases such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for organizing data.
- Assist in maintaining records related to business activities.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, direct inquiries to the appropriate person, and manage the reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients contacting the business for order updates.
- Manage on-site mailings and distribution of leads to Sales team.
- Handle creation of labels for Priority Mailings and FedEx Shipments
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an Administrative Assistant position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
