```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update electronic health records using systems such as ChiroTouch
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
- Assist the Chiropractor with patient care as needed
-Assist in social media and marketing
```Skills:```
- Strong administrative skills with experience in chiropractic reception or front desk administration
- Proficiency in using chiropractic office software systems such as ChiroTouch, ChiroUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle patient inquiries professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
