Chiropractic assistant needed for thriving office in Rosemount. This is a full time position (36-40 hours/week).
We are looking for someone with recent chiropractic or other medical clinic experience who has experience and knowledge with patient billing and insurance processing.
A typical day as a chiropractic assistant includes includes the following:
Greeting patients and massage therapy clients as they come into office for services.
Answering the phone throughout the day in a friendly, customer service focused demeanor
Rooming patients and communicating to massage therapists when clients check in
Keep the front office and lobby neat and orderly
Light office cleaning to keep the patient lobby and treatment rooms presentable
Scheduling follow up appointments for patients and massage therapy clients in person and over the phone
Assist the Chiropractors with patient therapies (trained on the job)
Prepare patient files for each day
Collect patient and client payments both in person and over the phone
Collect aging patient balances over the phone
