We are currently seeking a warm, friendly, compassionate person that has a joy for chiropractic greatness to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Manage patient appointments and assist with scheduling.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Assist chiropractors with patient care, exams, consultations, and treatment procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance processing.
- Keep the office and reception area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred, not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A warm and friendly personality.
