Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant

Classification: Non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Reports to: Team Lead

Summary/Objective: The Chiropractic Assistant position is to provide full assistance and back up to the Chiropractic Provider. Must be organized, able to multitask, and ensure accurate timely documentation of patient care.

Opportunity to make $33 to $34/hr with bonus. There is a base wage & with bonus based on performance and productivity able to make $33 to $34/ hour. Will discuss fully during interview.

Overall Duties & Responsibilities

• Back-office patient intake (greet & room patients)
• Take Vitals & Patient Subjective with documentation into Genesis
• Process paperwork to include travel cards, progress reports, work status, and referrals
• Bilingual CA’s: Translate for Chiropractic Provider as needed
• Assist/Perform Rehab exercises or Massage Therapy with patients
• Make patient education bags and instruct patient on the materials in the bag
• Sanitation of equipment and exam rooms between patients

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Ability to obtain a Chiropractic Assistant License thru the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners
• Demonstrate knowledge of the use and benefits of all therapies in the practice
