Chiropractic Assistant

Nueva Health System is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/CA to provide assistance to the licensed-medical provider and provide safe, knowledgeable, compassionate individualized care to all patients. The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look patients in the eye and provide personalized service.

As one of our team members you will:

• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
• Help patients apply to third party lenders for financing
• Process payments from patients
• Answer Care and Payment plan questions with patients
• Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our EHR
• Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself
• Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
• Must be driven, outgoing, organized, and personable
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
