Chiropractic Assistant

We are a busy and fast-paced chiropractic office looking for the right Chiropractic Assistant with potential to grow into our office manager to join our team full-time/part-time (20-40 hours/week). We are looking for a skillful, loving, energetic, and caring person. You are the first point of contact and the last with every member that comes to our office. Your role is very important. We have created an office environment that is healing and inviting. Our Chiropractic Assistant is an important part of the patient's healing process, so we need someone who understands that and wants to be a part of something special. We treat our patients like family, so we must have someone who is willing to join and be a part of our family. REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in chiropractic office is a plus

- Must be detail oriented

- Must be able to Multitask: multiple phone, data entry and patient flow

- Works well independently and within the team

- Scheduling skills

- Friendly, cheerful, hi-energy personality and professional on phone and in person.

- Highly important: you must be willing to connect and be super friendly with patients on a deep level to help in their healing process

- Must be a quick learner

- Punctual and Available

- Computer skills and confidence with Word, Excel, email, etc. (Chirotouch software, will train)

- Have confidence asking for payment from patients

- Knowledge with various payers -- HMO/ PPO/ WC/ Medicare/ PI

- Critical thinking skills specifically with reference to: patient file auditing; closing the daily patient charges and payments; accurately proficient in data cross referencing; problem solving
