Chief Technology Officer (Cto)

We are looking for a CTO for a AR Gaming Studio building original IPs that are focused on User Generated Content. We're looking for a Technical Leader that's hands-on that can scale up a team to deliver fan-worthy content. They have raised a Series C with Sony as a core investor.

Minimum Responsibilities:

• Own the initial architecture and design of a new set of AR mechanics.
• Hire, evaluate, retain and manage technology personnel
  
• Own pre-production and post delivery DLCs after the game ships.
• Ensure strong documentation of all unreal engine 4 architecture as well as communication with technical art, game design, and art within the studio.
• Team-building and leading an exceptional group of intellectually curious and problem-solving engineers.

What are the minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership in the gaming industry.
• 2+ shipped credits, ideally AAA quality.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4, Unity or a Custom Engine.
• Experience working on a VR or AR product.
• Experience working in both start-up environments as well as larger technical organizations
