Overview:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join SpireEx. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical development of our website and leading a team of skilled website engineers.

*This position is part-time, choose your own hours, fully remote*

Responsibilities:
- Leading and maintaining the development of SpireEx which includes: Multiple Listing Service (MLS) integration, performing ad hoc updates, and implementing privacy and security functionality
- Lead a team in developing and implementing innovative solutions to our user needs, and attending weekly meetings to ensure web development progress

- Lead the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect against threats, and attending weekly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Experience with SQL and Microsoft .NET core framework
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and C#
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Good to have but not necessary:

- Experience in Multiple Listing Service (MLS) integration and IDX

Pay:

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
