ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing and implementing a successful strategic plan for highly comprehensive marketing and communication functions that align with the company's overall business goals. This includes developing new business functions, entering new markets, and forecasting lead generation.
Manage a multimillion-dollar budget across all marketing functions to ensure direct conversion.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the execution of the marketing strategy. This includes hiring, training, developing, performance management and team building.
Oversee the launch and management of TV and streaming advertising campaigns, including everything from creative development to media buying, tracking, and performance analysis.
Manage direct mail campaigns, including design, production, mailing, and response tracking. Evaluate the success of these campaigns and make necessary adjustments for future efforts.
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase the company’s customer base, and drive leads and conversions, increasing market share. This includes utilizing data-driven insights to identify and target high-potential segments on Google, Bing, and Facebook ads, among other lead-generation platforms.
Oversee the company's brand strategy and ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand image. This includes maintaining brand standards across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Use business analytics to track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts. This includes analyzing data from multiple sources to understand customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
Manage relationships with vendors, such as direct mail agencies, TV media buyers, and marketing technology providers. This includes negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing department, the executive team, and other stakeholders. This includes regularly communicating marketing plans, results, and strategic initiatives.
Leverage post-campaign analysis to identify its effectiveness and enhance campaigns through improved messaging, segmentation, formatting, and timing.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to support company and departmental goals.
Provide marketing skills and expertise to the company by building, developing, and managing a marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.
This position leads the team providing enterprise support for key functions such as brand management, internal and external communication, public relations, email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, growth marketing, digital marketing, SEO, direct marketing, marketing analytics, and marketing strategy.
Encourage the adoption of key new technologies, develop bold initiatives and bring creativity to the forefront.
Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES FOR POSITION:
At least 15 years developing and managing B2C marketing programs and/or channel acquisition programs with at least 10 years of direct work experience in a high-growth, B2C, fast-paced company
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in managing a marketing budget in excess of $10M
Mastery of the data and analytics tooling and infrastructure
Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Qlik or Tableau a plus.
High competency in developing, evolving, and executing a data-driven, cross-functional marketing strategy
Prior experience serving on an executive team in a high-growth organization
Collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns and projects
Strong project management skills, creative thinking, and analytical mindset
Strong track record of managing agencies to develop breakthrough direct response creative concepts that increase results and conversions
Lead and inspire the marketing team and maintain a climate that attracts and motivates personnel to live by our Core Values
