This is a key executive role, responsible for managing the financial actions of our organization. This is a key executive role, responsible for managing the financial actions of our organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee, direct, and manage the company's financial and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, tax, credit, insurance, asset management, and treasury.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, financial planning, and risk management.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the management team, particularly managing the capital request and budgeting processes.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; a master's in business administration or Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, ideally in the architectural/engineering consulting sector.
- Advanced knowledge of all financial business functions including budget development, financial analysis, cash flow management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrable experience in managing relationships with partners and investors.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision accounting software will be advantageous.
- CMA credential will be preferred.
