Youth Advocate Programs- is a national nonprofit advocating for and delivering evidence-based services in homes and communities as a more effective and racially equitable alternative to youth incarceration, congregate child welfare, behavioral health, and intellectual disabilities placements, and neighborhood violence.
Status: Full Time Salaried FLSA Classification: Exempt
The Chief financial Officer will be responsible for budget development, fiscal oversight, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and developing efficient fiscal operations and procedures. Other responsibilities include providing leadership and training for direct reports, offering strategic recommendations, creating financial forecasting process, advising on long-term financial planning, and collaborating with other department heads for consistent reporting of budgets.
The qualifications for the role include a master's degree in accounting or related field,
Certified Public Accountant Certification
Ten years of financial analysis and c-suite communication experience
Proficient in MS 365 Suite and cloud-based financial software
Additionally, the CFO should possess strong organizational, leadership, supervisory and communication skills.
This position works a hybrid schedule between remote and in the office.
