We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help lead our company! You will help develop and execute the company's strategy and direction.

Responsibilities:

• Help set the company's strategy and direction
• Create and build the company's culture
• Oversee and drive team to achieve mutually agreed goals
• Discuss company financials

• Previous experience in executive management
• Commercial Real Estate experience 
• CPA preferred  
• Strong leadership qualities
• Knowledge of Argus and Yardi software systems
• Strong integrity and accountability
• Banking and Accounting background
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
