The CFO reports to the President and CEO of Herrero Builders and is responsible for providing financial vision, financial organization leadership, expected outcomes, and value to all customers. Working collaboratively with management, the CFO leads in establishing the company’s mid and long-range financial goals; developing related tactical and strategic financial plans; and implementing continuous assessment processes that result in achieving profitable and sustainable growth for the company.

Salary Range: $225,000 - $325,000
