Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Comprehensive Senior Care Corporation which includes Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E and Senior Health Partners. The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to elderly individuals within our community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance the mission, goals, and values of the P.A.C.E. organization.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and stakeholders to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that drive growth, sustainability, and innovation.
- Oversee the overall operations and management of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery.
- Secures all necessary program funding, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, grants, and overall program revenue.
- Assures compliance with all state and federal regulations and works with appropriate governmental agencies regarding regulatory requirements or changes.
- Ensures the security and effectiveness of information systems that support business operations, clinical management, and external linkage with key funders and stakeholders.
- Ensures the financial health of the program, including assisting in preparing an annual operating budget for approval by the Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. Board of Directors, allocating the resources to conduct operational and programmatic activities, reviewing and interpreting monthly financial statements, developing actions to correct areas of concern and develop strategies for further growth and development of Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders to expand and enhance services.
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and employee engagement, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing the P.A.C.E. program in public forums, with policymakers, and in media engagements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field, including, but not limited to, health care administration, business administration, social services, or nursing - or equivalent executive knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Proven executive leadership experience in healthcare, preferably within P.A.C.E. or a related care model.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and financial management within a care delivery setting.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving organizational growth, innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality care and services to elderly populations while maintaining a person-centered approach.
