Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the overall operations and resources of the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to senior management and staff
- Oversee business development activities to drive growth and profitability
- Ensure effective financial management and accountability
- Foster a positive organizational culture and promote teamwork and collaboration
- Represent the organization to stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Skills:
- Strong business management skills with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to set clear goals and objectives for the organization
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals
- Demonstrated experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships
- Proven ability to effectively manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Pay: $155,600.00 - $200,500.00 per year
