Qualifications:
- A BS/BA degree in business management or other related field from an accredited college/university.
- Requires at least 8 years of experience in the corporate field or working with family-owned businesses. Possess the ability to oversee and implement programs and initiatives strategically and tactically.
- Has experience with acquisition and integration between companies.
- Strong understanding of business functions including sales, operations, financials, information technology, supply chain, etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Able to evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting financial data and organizational metrics.
- Working knowledge of business infrastructure and MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) focuses on operationalizing strategic plans.
- Reporting to ownership, the CEO implements daily operations aligned with long-term business goals and the company's strategic plan.
- Drive operational efficiency and revenue growth by leveraging technology across departments, proactively identifying opportunities, and executing innovative strategies to enhance company performance.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, anticipating challenges and proactively developing and implementing plans to advance the organization, ensuring a dynamic and forward-thinking approach.
- Oversees sales and business operations and provides overall leadership and guidance to all functions.
- Collaborates with ownership in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy.
- Translates strategic and tactical business plans into strategic and operational plans and goals for performance and growth, helping implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual budgeting.
- Directs the preparation of information requested or required for legal compliance.
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with ownership.
- Oversees data collection and analysis, monitors/analyzes trends, and reports findings that may affect management decisions and/or strategic objectives.
- Directs the process for organizational planning to evaluate organizational structure and personnel forecasting throughout the company and makes recommendations to executive management.
- Drives communications with ownership from all departments.
- Plays a key role in setting annual departmental metrics for organizational performance and growth
- Analyzes internal operations and identifies areas of process enhancement.
- Prepares statistical reports, proposals, presentations, and other required material as required.
- Participates in executive meetings.
- Works closely with ownership CFO during the annual budgeting to resolve questions, implement new methodologies, and reconcile departmental figures.
- Provides significant support to departments under direction for annual metrics and budget process.
- Maintains and builds trusted relationships with key customers, clients, and partners.
- Facilitate necessary information flow between business development and applicable business partners with a goal of effective, efficient, services and programs.
