Hospitality Dental and Orthodontics is seeking a business-savvy manager with progressive experience in both business and operations in dental healthcare. The perfect candidate will have at least 5 years’ DSO experience. Who will manage and build high-performance teams, to execute our company strategy. Must have a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills analytical and strategic planning abilities to deliver a long-term success, passion for customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate leadership and management skills and abilities in team building.
Multiple locations
Oversee, reports, conduct analysis of progress and efforts in regard to strategic planning, including developing metrics to measure impact and growth to owners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
