QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Sales background (high-end retail or service industry, hospitality) with a great attitude. Dental or orthodontic experience a plus.

Overall someone who is respectful to fellow team members, patients, and the Doctor and is genuinely nice and kind.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Managing a fast-paced patient schedule/column
Patient care phone calls
Patient communication via e-mail and text
Securing appointments and insurance verification and marketing
Tracking statistics in Excel
