Job Description: Constructing a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in West Jacksonville, set to open in 2024. This state-of-the-art hospital will focus on acute rehabilitation for patients with various conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and more. As an executive leader, your role will be pivotal in achieving clinical and financial goals, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditations.
What You Will Do:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and direction to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for clinical excellence and financial performance.
- Establish operational controls, procedures, and systems to exceed organizational goals.
- Monitor financial structure and take corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance management team, including physician recruitment.
- Ensure adequate provision of services through contracts and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee all activities in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and healthcare laws.
Salary:
- $145,000 to $175,000 per year
- 35% Annual Bonus Potential

Requirements:
- 5 years of successful healthcare management experience, preferably as a Hospital/Healthcare Facility CEO/COO
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred (in Business, Healthcare Operations/Management, or a clinical discipline)
- Passion for superior clinical outcomes/programs, patient satisfaction, and partner relationships
Prefer:
- Rehabilitation hospital experience
- Knowledge of med-surge hospitals and systems (for-profit and non-profit)
- Start-up experience (this is a brand new build)
