The Charter Services Representative is responsible for coordinating all booked charter trips in the Airshare Charter Department. As a part of the Charter Services team, they will work with the Retail and Wholesale Charter team to coordinate post booking requirements to include but not limited to trip booking, credit card authorizations, and invoicing requests, updating and maintaining passenger information, passenger requested services, coordination with clients, flight following, and trip follow up. Charter Services will also be the primary liaison for Airshare Supplemental Lift sourcing needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Work in support of the Retail and Wholesale charter sales teams
- Coordinate payments for charter trips including CC Authorizations, invoice requests, and post trip supplemental billing needs
- Manage charter trips once booked including updating passengers as well as passenger service requests, pre-trip reviews, flight following, and post trip reviews
- Coordinate Airshare Supplemental Lift Needs to include pricing options on the Airshare Fleet as well as sourcing off fleet aircraft to fill demand needs
- Additional responsibilities as required
Qualified candidates will have preferred 2+ years of business aviation experience, preferably in aircraft scheduling, customer service, or sales. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be willing to work non-traditional schedules, including early morning/late evening shifts as well as weekend and holiday work (schedules are set in advance). On-call work may be required.

- Previous experience with Aircraft scheduling and quoting software is preferred (Current systems include Avianis, Operator, and SchedAero/Avinode)
- Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred
