Charter Sales/Dispatch Aviation

Elite Air, Inc. of St. Petersburg, FL is hiring an EXPERIENCED Charter Sales/Dispatch person. Remote based position. This is an active OVERNIGHT position. 3.5 shifts per week. These shifts include weekend nights.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Flight Coordinator / Scheduler with prior experience in 135 Charter operations. This role involves efficiently planning and coordinating organ transplant flights and charter flights under Part 135 regulations, ensuring adherence to critical timelines, and delivering exceptional service.

This position requires multiple skill sets. Charter Sales for a 25+ aircraft managed fleet and dispatch functions for our domestic and international flights. Jet Insight experience a plus! Must be able to work independently and multitask. This is a fast-paced work environment. Non-standard schedule in a team environment.

Part 135 Aviation sales and dispatch experience required. You will not be considered for the position without it.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and schedule organ transplant flights and charter flights in compliance with Part 135 regulations and company policies.

· Liaise with pilots, flight crews, and ground personnel to ensure seamless flight operations.

· Manage flight logistics, including crew scheduling, aircraft availability, and passenger requirements.

· Monitor and update flight schedules, making timely adjustments to accommodate changes.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding flight details and updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
