Visions is seeking a Charter School Secretary to support the Student Services Department. This position will perform a variety of skilled and responsible secretarial, clerical, and receptionist duties that involve coordinating the work of a Charter School office and that will perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities involve initiative, good judgment, strong organizational skills and an understanding of overall instructional functions and operations. The ability to manage multiple staff calendars, review a variety of databases, and work in a fast paced environment while interfacing with staff and external community partners. Experience with Google Workspace is a plus!
In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Carmichael, CA and 2 days remotely. However, depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.
