Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Change Management Director, Program Team, and Business Partners to design and execute a comprehensive change strategy aligned with our People, Service Transition, and Deployment plans.
Apply a structured change management approach, coaching and mentoring local leaders, and driving adoption of change interventions.
Shape and deliver internal communications, engagement, and stakeholder mapping plans.
Analyze operational impacts and create change impact assessments, personas, and user experience mapping.
Coordinate change activities for colleagues and support education and training initiatives.
Qualification:
An experienced Change Manager who leads by example, inspires others, and fosters an inclusive culture.
A bachelor’s degree in business or human Resources.
Note:
This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Brooklyn/Syracuse, NY.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
