The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a Change Management Lead to join our team. As a Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the strategic Change Management and high performing teams (HPT) strategy for the enterprise in collaboration with senior leaders, talent management, human resources, and other key stakeholders.

The role is accountable for establishing a change and HPT practice inclusive of structured methodologies that create awareness, inspire motivation, build skills, drive adoption, and sustainability. In addition, this role is responsible for implementing common enterprise-wide Change Management and HPT processes, programs and tools across the business ensuring alignment to strategic objectives to achieve adoption and transformation. The Change Management Lead will be ideally located in proximity to our Buffalo, NY global headquarters, we will however consider a remote candidate who can accommodate additional travel to headquarters in addition to our operations.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95900 - $129400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

  • Develop processes, programs, and tools to accomplish positive adoption, improve post-delivery effectiveness, and realize expected improvements and efficiencies
  • Provide training on the effective implementation of Change Management and high performing teams methodologies, practices, and tools
  • Lead the execution of change plans including developing the case for change, aligning stakeholders, assessing impacts, and creating resistance management action plans
  • Create metrics to measure ROI of change and high performing teams practices, processes, and programs
  • Provide consultative oversight to enterprise-wide strategic initiative projects to drive change readiness and adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial psychology, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, training and development, business management, or related field; master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with leading organizational Change Management for large scale projects required
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational Change Management at the enterprise level for large, complex, global organizations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with complex problem-solving and analytical thinking to diagnose OD, change, and teaming challenges or opportunities.
  • Professional certification is a plus, such as PMP, Prosci, SHRM-SCP, and ASTD
  • Proficient with human capital management systems such as Workday
  • Certifications in assessments and feedback tools preferred, such as DiSC
  • Knowledge of trends critical to all aspects of Change Management as well as industry and business trends
  • Participate in external industry consortiums, certification programs, and professional networks to ensure continued professional growth and development
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
