CHHA - Clinical Manager, Registered Nurse
Join our team in North Bronx as a CHHA-Clinical Manager, RN, overseeing the transition from inquiry to admission acceptance into our Home Care Program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise Nurse Care Managers and oversee day-to-day operations in the absence of the Director of Patient Services.
- Conduct orientation programs for field staff and provide ongoing in-service education.
- Participate in compliance and quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License and BSN degree or degree in Health and human Services with 2 years of Home Care experience (Master’s degree preferred).
- Five (5) years of experience assessing patients for home care safety and developing care plans.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze and interpret general business correspondence.
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
