Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant to join our team. As a CPA, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required by government agencies
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software & Tax Preparation Software (Lacerte and QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices
- Experience in general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., GAAP)
- Ability to perform financial analysis using various tools and techniques
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and cash flow analysis
- Understanding of key financial concepts (e.g., revenue recognition, depreciation)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
