We are looking for a NOC shift Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing personal care and support to individuals in need, including assistance with daily activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for supervision and assisting residents as needed throughout the night.

· Performs housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and tidying.

· Launders resident clothing as required.

· Must be able to respond to an emergency signal coming from a resident room in a timely fashion.

· Must be able to perform basic documentation in the resident’s online record and maintain confidentiality of all health-related information.

· Must be able to assist in the event of an unusual occurrence or emergency evacuation.

· Must complete state-required in-service training in mandated time frame.

· Ability to listen and communicate verbally and in writing in English.

· Complete TB test within 7 days of hire, and health physical screening within 30 days of hire.

· Complete Basic First Aid and/or CPR within 30 days of hire and maintain regular certification.

· Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or bend for long periods of time.

· Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
