Accountant, Public Accounting Firm

Public Accounting Firm seeking motivated, degreed accountant with 2-10 years of experience and someone who is either a CPA or on-track to become a CPA to join our team.

Our firm handles a wide variety of engagements including business and individual income tax reporting, assistance with IRS audits, reporting for non-profit organizations, trusts and estate planning. We also perform compilation, review and auditing engagements.

Responsibilities and Duties-

· Write-up services

· Preparation of corporate, partnership and individual income tax returns

· Preparation of financial statements

· Work on audit engagements

Qualifications and Skills-

· Experience with tax preparation programs – we use Lacerte

· Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook

· Strong written and communication skills

· Experience with QuickBooks

· Ability to prioritize and organize

This is a full-time position with flexible off-season work hours and is ideal for someone who is interested in progressing professionally in a friendly environment.
