```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our medical team. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services and have a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply. This position is Part time we need help friday evening 4 hours and also Monday evening. We also have need for 8 hour saturday shift.
```Duties:```
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims
-Check patients out of clinic and collect money if due.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and treatments
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic life support procedures when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist with minor surgical interventions
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis
- Conduct patient education on various health topics
-Obtain EKG's on patients
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
```Requirements:```
- Valid certification as a Medical Assistant
- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding
- Strong knowledge of patient service principles and practices
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Ability to perform vital signs measurements accurately
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Knowledge of X-Ray procedures is a plus
