Salary:
ROI Homes Services will position you as an appraiser to spend time on the core tasks of observing and rendering value. We will take away the marketing, sales, administration, bookkeeping, data entry and any other mundane task that you hate to do as an appraiser. Our system allows you to make more with less effort. Even though things have slowed down significantly we are consistently receiving work in your area from AMC and Non-AMC sources. Within 3-6 months you should be above 6 figures. If you have a brokers or sales person license there are other income opportunities on top of that.
What you do:
- Work 100% remotely.
- Receive equipment and training if needed on how to be mobile (iPad ,Total for Mobile, Laser Measurement, Cellular Data)
- Direct and review comp analysis and report development (8 to 10am).
- Observe subject, neighborhood and comparables for 2-4 assignments a day (10am to 6pm).
- Authorize Delivery of appraisal reports.

- Answer Revision Requests and Value Reconsiderations.
- Update Client Portals with New E&O Insurance, License, W-9, Coverage Area, Etc.
- Invoicing and Collection
- Bookkeeping
- Data Entry
- Adjustment Support(Regression Analysis, Paired Sales, Depreciated Cost)
- Land Sale Analysis
- Cost Approach
- Assistance with Comparable Analysis and Report Development
- 3rd Party Review and Audit
- Review Appraiser Support from 20+ Year veterans

Requirements:
- Current FL State Certified Residential or General Appraiser License
- FHA Panel
- On any known exclusionary list
